Who Am I ?

My name is Vasu Vemuri, and I’ve spent more than 25 years helping organizations transform the way they work. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across industries like automotive, electronics, HVAC, energy systems, datacenters, and IT infrastructure, leading projects that delivered real and measurable impact — from multi-million-dollar cost savings and shorter lead times to improved efficiency, OEE, and stronger governance systems. My background is rooted in Industrial Engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0, which allows me to combine traditional continuous improvement methods with modern digital tools to deliver results that last.

I’ve led initiatives such as Business Operating System (BOS) deployments, Lean and Six Sigma rollouts, supply chain transformations from MRP to DDMRP, and digital manufacturing projects involving IoT, BI dashboards, and automation. In every case, my focus has been the same — not just to recommend ideas, but to work directly with teams to design, implement, and sustain change. Along the way, I’ve also had the privilege of coaching and training more than 100 leaders and associates worldwide, helping them build the skills and confidence to keep improving long after the project ends.
